At the event, which opened with the national anthem of Azerbaijan, the memory of the martyrs was first commemorated with a minute of silence.

In this regard, the Heydar Aliyev Center was organized by Liatris Holding, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights - Ombudsman, the official partnership of the Ministry of Education, Labor and Population. With the support of the Ministry of Defense and the State Committee for Family, Women and Children of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an event entitled "End Violence Against Women" - a round table was held.

Representatives of government agencies, prominent public figures and MPs took part in the roundtable, which aims to draw attention to violence against women, which is a common problem of the state and society, and to support the prevention of physical, psychological, economic, sexual and legal violence against members of the fair sex.

"
